CANCELLATION IN CASE OF PANDEMIC
In the event of total or partial closure of the establishment during the dates of the reserved stay, decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to us, or in the event of border closures, the sums paid in advance by the Customer for the reservation of the stay will apply. '' subject to reimbursement within THREE MONTHS (3 months)
LE CAMPING LE PILAT, however, would not be liable for additional compensation beyond this reimbursement of sums already paid for the reservation of the stay.
Any cancellation of the stay duly justified by the fact that the Customer would be affected by COVID 19 or other infection considered to be a pandemic, or would be identified as a contact case, and that this situation would call into question his participation in the stay on the scheduled dates
Will give rise:
- Upon issuance of a credit note valid TEN-EIGHT MONTHS (18) months refundable at the end of the validity period.
Processing and management costs (TEN € UROS) will remain with the Provider. In all cases, the Customer must imperatively justify the event making him eligible for this right to cancellation.
In the event that the Customer is forced to cancel the stay in full due to government measures that do not allow participants to move (general or local confinement, travel ban, border closures), even though the campsite is able to fulfill its obligation and welcome Customers,
LE CAMPING LE PILAT, will issue a credit note corresponding to the sums paid by the Customer, after deduction of the processing and management costs (TEN EUROS) which will remain acquired. This credit is valid TEN EIGHT MONTHS (18 months); it is refundable at the end of the validity period.

CANCELLATION AT THE CLIENT'S REQUEST
For any other cancellation request due to health reasons outside of COVID, LE PILAT CAMPSITE will issue a credit note corresponding to the sums paid by the Client, minus the processing and administration costs (TEN EUROS) which will be retained. This credit note is valid for EIGHTEEN MONTHS (18 months); it is not refundable at the end of the validity period. We advise the client to take out a suitable insurance policy with the company of his choice, in order to benefit from the coverage of the sums incurred at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation for any other reason, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.

- All persons admitted to the campsite are required to comply with the campsite rules and regulations. If these are not respected, the management reserves the right to immediately exclude all participants from the stay without any condition of reimbursement. - For rentals, a deposit of €200 will be required when the keys are handed over, together with payment of the balance for the stay. - Pitches or rentals must be occupied before 8pm. In the event of late arrival and in the absence of a message, the reservation will be considered cancelled. - In the event of early departure on the part of the camper, the stay is due in full for the entire period booked. - Only one pet per family is allowed on the campsite. Pets must be kept on a lead and their owners must pick up after them.
